Trust & Safety
Trust is the foundation WeBraids is built on. Every policy here exists because Black women deserve to feel completely safe — whether booking a braider or welcoming one into their home.
Every Braider undergoes a rigorous verification process before going live. No Braider can take a booking until all checks are complete — identity, right to work, optional DBS, and optional professional insurance.
Identity confirmed via government ID and live selfie.
Legal right to work in the UK confirmed.
Enhanced DBS certificate provided and verified.
Professional liability insurance confirmed.
50+ verified 5-star reviews from real bookings.
Every review on WeBraids comes from a verified, completed booking. Reviews show first name, style booked, and city — giving real context. Any attempt to manipulate reviews results in immediate account suspension.
Send your appointment details — braider name, photo, verified status, time — to a trusted contact from the app.
Your nominated contact gets notified when your appointment starts and ends.
